As part of the 12-month I Am Ready Right Now Program, you will receive the most current business tools and relevant information to help you get the results you have always wanted in your professional and personal life! This intensive coaching program includes weekly meetings with Jim three times per month in order to solve business problems proactively and confidently while stepping into your full potential.
Meeting cadence: Weekly Sessions (up to 36)
Activities: Each session is for 50 minutes, and we will meet over Zoom, unless otherwise specified. This program also includes unlimited Voxer support Monday through Friday. You will also receive a complimentary Extended DISC Assessment and CliftonStrengths Assessment.
Bonus 2x per year 90-minute face-to-face planning and review sessions.

90 Day Kickstart Program - 1:1 Private Coaching
As part of the 90-Day Kickstart Program, you will receive the most current business tools and relevant information to help you get the results you have always wanted in your professional and personal life! We will meet three times a month so that I may provide you with the ability to solve business problems proactively and confidently and step into your full potential.
Meeting cadence: Weekly Sessions (up to 9)
Activities: Each session is for 50 minutes, and we will meet over Zoom, unless otherwise specified. This program also includes unlimited Voxer support Monday through Friday. You will also receive a complimentary Extended DISC Assessment.

I Work Better With Others Group Program
As part of the I Work Better With Others Group Program, you will receive the most current business tools and relevant information to elevate your professional life in a group setting!
Meet with Jim and other like-minded entrepreneurs twice per month to find solutions for the unique problems in your business while getting clear on your professional goals.
